“this was my fourth vist in the last three months at this location it is a good place only issue is while they said second elvator is fixed never opened in the ten times I used the elevator so I think they just took the out of service sign down only other issues I have is a funny one booked king bed room and they hung a large picture over the towel hanger in the shower so close to the rack you can't use the towel rack there are two other hooks so no big deal but really ? “Room was not clean. Carpet was dirty. Empty pop bottle and plastic Chick-fil-a bag were under the head of both sides of the bed. The storage bin under the microwave had a large Chick-fil-a bag that contained a box and the rest of the diner's trash. Night staff did not seem to care about dirty room.”

“Our phone didn’t work and we couldn’t raise the blinds in our room. When we told the staff they told us to use our cell phones and maintenance would take care of it tomorrow and offered to move us to a room on the fourth floor while the elevator wasn’t working. They didn’t know there is a remote to raise the blinds. We found out when we checked out.”

“We had a wonderful experience at this dome site! It was a hot day, but inside the dome was very cool. The views were amazing, and it was a very peaceful spot. We enjoyed the fire pit, and we will definitely return! We also love how close it was to nearby attractions like Pilot mountain State Park, Mount Airy and even hanging rock State Park.”

“Three Trails is ideally located in downtown Elkin. It, however, is located next to an active railroad line and trains do sound their horns early in the mornings and sometimes at night. Three Trails is also on the corner of the main street junction of the city. Therefore, there is street noise. Three Trails would be much improved, and more comfortable for guests, if sound proofing glass is installed in the windows. “Our hosts were so kind and hospitable! We loved the quaint, cozy and clean cottage. The location was perfect with easy access to hiking and other local attractions. We definitely plan to go back to do more hiking and exploring!”

“This great property in pilot Mountain was in the back of the pharmacy on Main Street which made it private and quiet but only steps from the downtown area of shops and restaurants. We loved the arrangement of space and decor of the property and it was one of the best rentals we've ever had. Only regret is that we couldn't stay longer!”

“We really were only there to sleep - out and about during the day time and evening hours. Bed was comfortable, shower was hot (in the good way). Apartment was clean, bathroom stocked with towels/cloths. Kitchen is very retro - looks cool, but we didn’t use it outside of placing a few items in the refrigerator. Quiet neighborhood, short walk from the Mt. Airy historic downtown. Short drive to chain stores / restaurants if that’s your thing. ”
